happy fall :)
i’m feeling like today is a rest day.
i wanna share with you the story of how the newest GEO piece, the crescent moon circle necklace, came to be. the design originally began as a very simple crescent moon shape (no circle around). i played around with the moon’s shape, gave it a face, removed its face, rotated it…
some of the original sketches:
i couldn’t narrow down the final design on paper, but once i began carving the design with blue jeweller's wax, i could create from a place of exploration and curiosity. when it comes to creating art, the dedication is to the process, not the end product. :) things i'm learning.
now onto the vision. for all the visual people:
here’s a small snippet from the product description i wrote:
“A vision of drifting through starry, moonlit skies, surrounded by fluffy clouds, as you enter new dimensions where your greatest ideas come to life.”
that captures the visual that comes to mind with this necklace. dark blue night skies, beautiful, soft, lights all around, some sort of dreamy pixar music playing in the background. a feeling of boundless connection and alignment. this necklace truly feels like a trip and a deep symbol from the heart.
it’s a reminder to imagine your greatest dreams coming true, so viscerally and deeply, the same way we often do with our worst fears lol. let yourself dream expansively, whether you’re deep in slumber or wide awake and daydreaming. ;)

bonus - there is something so deeply comforting to hold the pendant and glide your finger/thumb along the curve of the crescent moon. it’s solid metal throughout (not hollow) and is super grounding.
