Shipping Details

Shipping Times:

Shipping times vary with each item depending on their nature (ie. Ready to Ship vs. Made to Order). Ready to Ship pieces will be shipped within 1-5 business days of being placed. For Made to Order pieces, check the description for shipping windows (generally range from 1 to 3 weeks). Please note, as we are a small business, shipping can sometimes be delayed due to holidays and scheduling. If your order contains various pieces including Made to Order and Ready to Ship pieces, your order will be shipped when all pieces are ready. You will be notified via email if your order is delayed for any reason. We thank you for your support!

Local Pick Up:

We offer Local Pick Up for clients located in Vancouver, New Westminister, Burnaby, Coquiltam, Port Moody and Port Coquitlam (British Columbia, Canada). *Important*: Orders are only eligible for Local Pickup if pre-confirmed (either via DM @geobytiana on Instagram or email info@geobytiana.com to confirm availability and pick-up location).

If the client selects "Local Pickup" at checkout without pre-confirmation, their order may be canceled and refunded. After getting confirmation and selecting "Local Pickup", the client will receive an email within 1-7 days confirming what date their order will be ready by (latest), as well as communication to arrange a location for pickup. Should this not work out in the end for any reason by either party, the client has the option to re-select and pay for regular tracked shipping to their location. If there is no reply from the client, we will hold their order until we hear back. Should you have any questions regarding Local Pick Up, please email info@geobytiana or DM @geobytiana on Instagram.

Rush Orders:

For rush orders, please email info@geobytiana.com with your order number and we may be able to accomodate your request.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees may vary on your location, shipping option and total cost of your order. The shipping fee will be calculated at the end of check out for all online orders.

Delayed/Lost/Stolen Packages:

Once the package has been shipped, GEO By Tiana does not have any control and is not responsible for any lost, stolen or late packages that may have been delayed due to holidays and/or other circumstances.

Please note we cannot take responsibility for damaged/lost packages, as they are completely out of our hands once they leave our building and are shipped out. Issues of this nature with orders must be addressed with the mail carrier. We recommend checking for updates with the tracking order provided after your order is shipped.

Fraudulent Orders/Chargebacks:

We take fraud seriously and reserve the right to refuse returns, issue store credit, or investigate any suspicious activity. All claims are subject to verification to protect both our customers and our business.

Additional Costs:

Customers are responsible for paying any costs (customs, import duty, tax, etc.) that may apply to their order's shipment. GEO By Tiana is not responsible for covering or reimbursing any of these additional costs that may apply.

CANADA FREE SHIPPING AND/OR LOCAL PICKUP- *No tracking included*

We offer free, untracked shipping for all orders within Canada, using the code "CANADASHIP". Please note this means your order will not come with a tracking code/number (ie. no option to track the product if it is late or lost, for which GEO By Tiana is not responsible). If you are ordering from within Canada and would like a tracking code (recommended), please continue to check out your order with the regular shipping options.

Note: Discount code only applies to orders within Canada.

Pop-Up Discount Terms

Please read the terms for our popup discount that some visitors may come across on our official website (www.geobytiana.com). We're pleased to offer new customers who sign up for our mailing list an exclusive 10% off their first order. This discount applies ONLY to orders under $1000 CAD before taxes, shipping, and any other applicable fees. Please note that GEO By Tiana reserves the right to modify or remove this discount (and any discount codes) at any time without notice.

Return + Exchange Policy

Due to their handmade nature, all items are final sale. We do not offer exchanges or returns on our pieces. In the case of any issues with your order, please reach out to info@geobytiana.com.

Many of our pieces are made-to-order, and we truly hope you love your pieces as much as we loved making them.

Other information:

  • For ring sizing, we recommend getting professionally sized by a local jeweller in your area before placing your order. GEO By Tiana is not responsible for issues with orders regarding incorrect sizing.
  • Please read all product descriptions carefully for measurements and specifications. As each item is handmade, natural stones, pearls, finishes, and other details may vary slightly from the product image, which is what makes each piece unique, one-of-a-kind, and made by human hands.

Jewelry Repairs

We honour our work and stand behind our promise to provide quality pieces. We will happily fix any jewelry* that has broken within one year of purchasing. Repairs are generally case by case and we ask that you email us with photos (if applicable) at info@geobytiana.com. The client is responsible for paying for shipping costs and potentially other parts that may need to be ordered in. Some smaller bits (jump rings, clasps, etc.) may naturally acquire minor tarnish with prolonged wear; in this case, the best solution is to try wiping it with a jewelry cloth, or reaching out directly to replace the affected jump rings, etc. Please note it is not always possible for all pieces, most commonly rings, to be resized due to different factors such as design and stones. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for issues with sizing and recommend getting sized by a local jeweller in your area before placing your order.

Please email info@geobytiana.com with your order number, date of purchase, and any relevant photos of the broken piece(s). Repair fees depend on the item and will be quoted individually.
