Shipping Details
Free Shipping on all orders $75 and up in Canada. Cart must equal at least $75.00 CAD before any applicable tax and shipping costs. Discount will automatically be applied at checkout, should these conditions apply.
All orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days of being placed. For Made to Order pieces, check the description for shipping windows (generally range from 1 to 3 weeks). In case of rush orders, please email info@geobytiana.com with your order number and we may be able to accomodate your request. Please note, as we are a small business, shipping can sometimes be delayed due to holidays and scheduling. You will be notified via email if your order is delayed for any reason.
Shipping time and fees vary depending on your location; the shipping fee will be calculated at the end of checking out your cart (Your card will not be charged without your final order confirmation).
Once the package is out of our warehouse, GEO By Tiana is not responsible for any lost, stolen or late packages that may have been delayed due to holidays and/or other circumstances.
Customers are responsible for paying any costs (customs, import duty, tax, etc.) that may apply to their order's shipment. GEO By Tiana is not responsible for covering or reimbursing any of these additional costs that may apply.

CANADA FREE SHIPPING AND/OR LOCAL PICKUP- No tracking included.
We offer free, untracked shipping for all orders within Canada, using the code "CANADASHIP". Please note this means your order will not come with a tracking code/number (ie. no option to track the product if it is late or lost, for which GEO By Tiana is not responsible). If you are ordering from within Canada and would like a tracking code (recommended), please continue to check out your order with the regular shipping options. This code can also be used to remove the shipping fee for orders that have been confirmed for local pickup.
Note: Discount code only applies to orders within Canada.
Pop-Up Discount Terms
Please read the terms for our popup discount that some visitors may come across on our official website (www.geobytiana.com). We're pleased to offer new customers who sign up for our mailing list an exclusive 10% off their first order. This discount applies ONLY to orders under $1000 CAD before taxes, shipping, and any other applicable fees. Please note that GEO By Tiana reserves the right to modify or remove this discount (and any discount codes) at any time without notice.
Return + Exchange Policy
GEO By Tiana does not offer returns on most items due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our pieces. However, if your item qualifies for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of your original purchase date. Please read our return policy carefully.
- All custom and made-to-order jewelry pieces are considered final sale.
- All Rings are considered final sale due to their unique sizing. For ring sizing, we recommend getting professionally sized by a local jeweller in your area. Please note incorrect ring size is not eligible for returns, and GEO By Tiana is not responsible for issues with orders regarding incorrect sizing.
- All GEO By Tiana pieces in 14K and 18K Solid Gold are considered final sale due to their handmade nature.
- All the original order tags, add-ons, jewelry pieces, complete packaging and other items must be included in your return. No refund will be issued should anything be missing from your original order.
- We cannot accept returns on any earrings due to sanitary reasons. All earrings are final sale; please contact us if you have any issues.
- The following reasons are not accepted for returns: Unique pearls, beads and/or other natural stones looking different than photos, broken chains, damage caused by misuse, customer negligence and/or regular wear and tear, different tones of silver/gold in different jewelry pieces.
For items that qualify for returns, GEO By Tiana will issue a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date for returns. All items must be mailed back to our headquarters in perfect condition (at the client's own cost and discretion) in order to be considered for a refund. We do not offer refunds on Made to Order pieces, as they are each handcrafted to your unique size.
Please note we cannot take responsibility for damaged/lost packages, as they are completely out of our hands once they leave our building. The customer is responsible for any costs involved with the order return. We recommend using a tracking shipping method for your order return, as we cannot provide exchanges or refunds on lost item returns. GEO By Tiana takes fraud seriously and reserve the right to refuse returns, issue store credit, or investigate any suspicious activity. All claims are subject to verification to protect both our customers and our business.
Please contact us here or email info@geobytiana.com with your name, contact information, order number and photo, to begin your refund request. Our team will assess the case and get back to you within one week with further instructions on how to refund your order. As refunds can take between 5-20 days depending on your bank, please be patient with the process. We are thankful for your time and understanding.

Jewelry Repairs
We honour our work and stand behind our promise to provide quality pieces. We will happily fix any jewelry* that has broken within one year of purchasing. Repairs are generally case by case and we ask that you email us with photos (if applicable) at info@geobytiana.com. The client is responsible for paying for shipping costs and potentially other parts that may need to be ordered in. Some smaller bits (jump rings, clasps, etc.) may naturally acquire minor tarnish with prolonged wear; in this case, the best solution is to try wiping it with a jewelry cloth, or reaching out directly to replace the affected jump rings, etc. Please note it is not always possible for all pieces, most commonly rings, to be resized due to different factors such as design and stones.
Please email info@geobytiana.com with your order number, date of purchase, and any relevant photos of the broken piece(s). Repair and resizing fees depend on the item and will be quoted individually.
*Eligible for repairs: Handmade necklaces, earrings, bracelets (beaded and chain-based), rings and anklets. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
